You got your item and it didn't fit... dang it! Now what? Returns are on us! We make it easy for you to return. Please read the return policy below.
- We will send you a pre-paid return shipping label for you to print out. Just email us at email@example.com to start your return!
- Returns must have tags attached, original invoice and no stains or signs of wear
- Returns are for store credit only and will be issued in the form of electronic gift card
- All sale items (this also includes weekly features purchased at $19.99) are FINAL SALE
- All accessories, beanies & mittens are FINAL SALE
- If you do not use our pre-paid label, you will be charged for the shipping costs incurred
Orders can only be returned within 14 days of the original purchase date.
If returned later than the allotted 14 days, if items have been worn or damaged, have deodorant stains, tags removed or original invoice lost, your items are not eligible for return. Please do not attempt to return your order if it does not qualify.
We will email you when we have received your item and your store credit will be issued then!
